Refund Policy

1. Domain Registration
Domain registrations, renewals, or transfers are non-refundable once successfully completed, as these transactions are processed instantly with third-party registrars.
(This exception is acceptable if clearly stated — Paddle allows non-refundable domain names because of their nature.)

2. Hosting Services (Reseller Hosting, VPS Hosting, etc.)

A. 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your hosting service, you may request a full refund within 3 days of your original purchase date — no questions asked.

Eligibility:

• Applies to new purchases of hosting services only.

• Does not apply to renewals, domain registrations, software licenses, or service upgrades.

B. Cancellation After 3 Days
You may cancel your hosting service at any time after the initial 3 days. Cancellations after this period will not be eligible for a refund, but your service will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.

3. Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, log in to your customer billing portal or contact us at support@webnhost.pk within 3 days of your purchase. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
