This policy confirms to the payment processor how the customer immediately receives the service they paid for.

 

Service Delivery and Fulfillment Policy

 

Our services are digital products and are delivered electronically and instantly upon successful payment.

 

1. Immediate Provisioning

 

• Hosting Services (Reseller, VPS, etc.): Upon the successful completion of your payment and fraud screening, your hosting service is provisioned immediately and automatically activated on our servers.
• Access Details: You will immediately receive a “Welcome” email containing all necessary login credentials, service configuration details, and links to your control panels (WHM/cPanel/SSH) at the email address provided during checkout.

 

2. Domain Registration

 

• Domain registration is subject to external registrar processing. While we submit your registration request instantly, the domain may take 1 hour to 48 hours to fully propagate and become active globally.
• Confirmation of successful registration is sent via email once processed by the registrar.

 

3. Delivery Timeframe

 

• Maximum Delivery Time: In the rare event of a technical delay or manual fraud review, service access will be granted within a maximum of 12 hours from the time of purchase. Should a delay occur, we will contact you directly via the email address on file.

 

4. Contact for Non-Delivery

 

If you do not receive your “Welcome” email containing access details within 1 hour of purchase, please immediately contact our Support Team using the details on our Contact Page.
