Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

 

This AUP is part of our TOS and governs the acceptable use of our hosting resources. Violation of this AUP is grounds for immediate suspension or termination without refund.

 

Prohibited Content

 

You agree not to use the Services to store, transmit, or link to any content that:

• Is illegal under the laws of [Your Jurisdiction] or the United States.
• Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others (copyrights, trademarks).
• Constitutes fraud, phishing, or identity theft.
• Contains malware, viruses, trojan horses, or destructive code.
• Promotes or facilitates any form of Hate Speech, Violence, Harassment, or Illegal Discrimination.
• Child pornography or content depicting the sexual abuse of minors.
• Gambling: Operation of illegal online gambling websites or services.
• [Optional: If you do not allow adult content]: Adult content or sexually explicit material.

 

Prohibited Activities

 

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Spamming: Sending unsolicited bulk or commercial email (“SPAM”) from or through our network.
• Network Abuse: Any activity that floods, overloads, or disrupts our network or the services of any other users, including DDoS attacks.
• Resource Misuse: Utilizing excessive resources (CPU, RAM, Disk I/O) that impairs server performance for other users on shared or reseller hosting environments.
• Illegal Scripts: Running proxy scripts, anonymizers, torrent trackers, or any script designed to conceal criminal activity.
